Bianchet Yarra Valley is a French-inspired Chirnside Park restaurant situated within one of the oldest vineyards of the cool-climate Yarra Valley wine region. Bianchet boasts a long history of producing exceptional wine with vines first planted in 1976.
Our boutique Yarra Valley winery restaurant serves up divine French provincial meals with a sustainability focus. We grow many of the ingredients used on-site and the rest we source from our friends in the area. Located just 15 minutes from Melbourne’s Eastlink Freeway, Bianchet Winery Restaurant is the gateway to the famous Yarra Valley wine region. It’s one of the oldest vineyards in the area, with vines first planted more than four decades ago.
The Bianchet family made a name for themselves in the late 80s for producing a unique Friulian varietal, Verduzzo. Bianchet is one of only two wineries in Australia growing and producing this full-bodied white wine. Our humble winery in Chirnside Park boasts old-world charm surrounded by the rolling vineyards of the scenic Yarra Valley.

The bistro at Bianchet Yarra Valley utilises our home-grown fruit, vegetables and herbs to curate French Provincial meals of the highest standard.
